An AI website assistant for school and program inquiries
Parents and students arrive with questions about what you teach, who it suits and how to begin. Limona answers from your program descriptions and policies, asks what your admissions team needs, and passes along an inquiry that says which program the family cares about and why.
What families ask a school or program
The questions repeat from one family to the next, and many are about what a program actually is.
- What ages or levels is this program for?
- How does the curriculum work, and what does a week look like?
- What is the difference between your two programs?
- How do we start, and is there a visit or trial class?
- What do you need from us to begin enrollment?
- Is there a waitlist, or a deadline for the next term?
Limona answers from the program pages, handbook and policies you give it. For anything about whether a particular child is accepted or a place is open, it hands the question to your admissions team.
What Limona collects for an enrollment inquiry
Only what admissions needs to start a useful reply. It does not ask for student ID numbers, health information or anything about payment.
- The program of interest: which course, class or school level the family is asking about.
- Age or grade: of the student, so your team knows which program applies.
- Background in their words: for example, whether the student has done something like this before.
- What they want to know next: a start date, a visit, a trial class or the enrollment steps.
- A contact and a preferred way to be reached: the parent’s or student’s name, and phone or email.
What stays with your team
- Limona does not enroll anyone and does not say whether a place is open.
- It does not make admission, placement or scholarship decisions.
- It does not give academic advice about a particular student. It repeats what your own materials say.

What an enrollment inquiry looks like
A parent on a Sunday evening asks about an after-school class. Limona answers from the program description and passes admissions the context.
VisitorMy daughter is 8 and loves games. Do you have anything for coding?
LimonaNorthfield’s Explorer program is described as an introduction to coding for ages 7 to 10, using block-based tools in small groups that meet once a week. Has she done any coding before? From Northfield’s program guide
VisitorNo, never. Can we try a class first?
LimonaThe program guide mentions a trial class, but I don’t have dates or openings, so I’ll ask the admissions team to reach out about that. What name and email should they use?
VisitorPriya Nair, priya@example.com. Weekday evenings are best for a call.
LimonaThanks, Priya. I’ve passed this to admissions: Explorer program, age 8, no coding experience, interested in a trial class.

What your admissions team gets
-
The right program on the first message
The inquiry names the program the family is asking about, so the first reply is the right one.
-
Context instead of a blank form
Age, background and what the family wants next arrive in the visitor’s own words.
-
Fewer repeat questions
Ages, formats and how enrollment starts are answered from your materials before staff are involved.
-
Decisions left to you
Nothing about acceptance, placement or openings is said on your behalf.

Common questions about Limona for Education
Can Limona tell a family whether their child has been accepted or has a place?
No. It does not enroll anyone, does not check openings and does not make admission decisions. It collects the inquiry and your admissions team takes it from there.
Where does it get the program information?
From the material you give it: program descriptions, ages and levels, schedules, handbook sections and policies. It answers from those and nothing else.
Can it recommend a program for a particular student?
It can repeat your own guidance, such as 'this program is for ages 7 to 10’. It does not assess a student or judge readiness. That is for your staff.
What about tuition and financial aid?
It only repeats what you have written for it to say. Anything beyond that goes to your admissions team to confirm.
Is it appropriate for children to use?
It is built for parents and students asking about a program. It asks for a name and a way to reach them, plus age or grade, and nothing more personal than that.
