An AI shopping assistant for product questions
Shoppers hesitate over small things: is this the right size, how does it differ from that one, what else do I need. Limona answers from the product facts you supply, helps compare items, mentions add-ons that suit what the shopper described, and tells your team what each shopper was after.
What shoppers ask a store
Product questions are often what stands between a visitor and a decision.
- What is the difference between these two models?
- Which size does your size chart suggest for my measurements?
- What is it made of, and how do I care for it?
- Is there an accessory that goes with this?
- Do you ship to my country, and what is your returns policy?
- Can I speak to someone about a gift?
Limona answers from the product details, size charts, shipping and returns policies you give it. Product facts only: it does not look anything up in a live system.
What Limona gathers about a shopper
Enough for your team to follow up usefully, if the shopper wants a follow-up.
- What they are shopping for: the product or category, in the shopper’s words.
- Preferences: size, color, use, budget feel, or whether it is a gift.
- Products discussed: so your team can see which items the shopper compared.
- Relevant add-ons: accessories or care items from your list that fit what they described.
- A way to reach them: only if the shopper asks for someone from your team to follow up.
What stays with your team
- Limona does not check stock and does not say that an item is available in a size or color.
- It does not confirm that a part or accessory fits a particular product. It repeats the fit information you have given it.
- It does not take orders or payments and does not look up order status. Those stay in your store.

What a product conversation looks like
A shopper is choosing a backpack for a first multi-day hike. Limona compares from the store’s product facts and passes on what the shopper wants.
VisitorI’m planning my first 3-day hike. Which pack should I look at, the Ridge 45 or the Ridge 60?
LimonaNorthline’s product details list the Ridge 45 at 45 liters and the Ridge 60 at 60 liters, with the 45 as the lighter of the two. More liters means more room for gear. Do you expect to carry a tent and a sleeping bag? From Northline’s product details
VisitorBoth, yes. I’m leaning to the 60.
LimonaThe size chart lists torso length for sizing. I can’t confirm stock in your size or how a pack will fit you. Would you like someone from Northline to follow up? The store also lists a rain cover as an add-on for both packs.
VisitorYes please, and the rain cover sounds good. sam@example.com
LimonaThanks. I’ve passed along your pick, the rain cover and your email.

One conversation is one visitor session on your website. It is counted once, however many questions the visitor asks. Owner tests and failed replies are not counted. Plans are sized for engaged chats, not for all of your site traffic.
Need more conversations? You can upgrade from your dashboard at any time. You are never charged automatically for extras: when a plan's allowance is used up, new visitors see a contact form until the period resets or you upgrade.

Common questions about Limona for Retail & Ecommerce
Can Limona tell a shopper an item is in stock?
No. It works from the product facts you supply and does not connect to your inventory. When stock matters, it tells the shopper your team will confirm.
Can it confirm that a part or accessory will fit?
No. It repeats the compatibility information you have given it, and it says it cannot guarantee fit. If a shopper’s case is not covered, it passes the question to your team.
Can it look up an order?
No. It does not see orders or shipments. It points the shopper to your order status page or your team, if you give it those.
Does it connect to Shopify, WooCommerce or another store platform?
Not today. It works from the product information you give it. It does not add items to a cart or take payment.
How does it avoid making up product details?
It answers only from what you supplied. If a detail is not there, it says it does not have it and that your team will confirm.
