Events and Leisure

An AI assistant for event and leisure inquiries

An event inquiry is rarely a single question. It is an occasion, a group, a rough budget and a picture of how the day should feel. Limona answers what it can from your information, then gathers those details so your team starts the conversation knowing what the visitor wants.

What visitors ask an events and leisure business

People often have a picture in mind but not the vocabulary for your options. The first questions are about fit.

  • Can you host a group of 80, and is there a minimum?
  • What does a corporate event or team outing usually involve?
  • What is included, and what do we arrange ourselves?
  • Is there a rain plan or an indoor option?
  • What do you need to know to put together a proposal?
  • What are the next steps once we are interested?

Limona answers from your spaces, packages, capacities and policies. If a visitor’s group is larger than your stated capacity, it can say so, and for anything beyond what you have told it, your team confirms.

What Limona collects for an events inquiry

The details that let your team respond with a real proposal rather than a list of questions.

  • The occasion: a company celebration, a birthday, a rehearsal dinner, a day on the water.
  • Group size: checked against the capacity you give it.
  • Budget: a range, if the visitor wants to share one. It is recorded as their target, not as a price you have agreed to.
  • Date preference: a specific date, a month or a season, recorded as what the visitor hopes for.
  • The experience they want: for example, relaxed and outdoors, or formal with a seated dinner.
  • Contact details: and how the visitor would like to be reached.

What stays with your team

  • An inquiry is a request, not a reservation. Limona does not say a date is open and does not hold one.
  • It does not agree to a price, a package or a contract. Those are confirmed by your team.
  • It does not make weather or safety decisions, for example on a charter.

Example conversation. Fictional business and visitor.

What an events inquiry looks like

A planner writes to a charter company about a team celebration. The example is a boat charter; the same pattern fits a venue or a leisure space.

skylarkcharters.example

VisitorWe want to celebrate a product launch with our team of 24. Is a boat realistic for that?

LimonaSkylark’s group charters are listed for up to 30 guests, so 24 is within that. What kind of experience do you have in mind: dinner on board, a relaxed sunset cruise, or something with a short presentation? From Skylark’s charter details

VisitorA sunset cruise with food. Budget is around $3,000, sometime in September.

LimonaI’ve noted $3,000 as your target and September as your timing. Neither is a quote or a confirmed date. The Skylark team will tell you what is possible. Who should they contact?

VisitorJamie Ortiz, jamie@example.com.

LimonaThanks, Jamie. I’ve sent the details to the Skylark team.

What your team gets

  • Inquiries you can quote from

Occasion, group size, budget and experience arrive together, so a proposal does not start with five questions.

  • Fit checked early

A group over your capacity, or an occasion you do not host, is clear from the first message.

  • Requests that stay requests

Dates and budgets are labeled as the visitor’s hopes. Nothing reads as booked until you book it.

  • Evenings and weekends covered

Many event inquiries arrive outside office hours. Each gets an answer and a record.

Common questions about Limona for Events & Leisure

Is an inquiry the same as a reservation?

No. An inquiry tells your team what the visitor is looking for. Holding a date still works the way it does today, through your own agreement and deposit process.

Can Limona tell someone a date is open?

No. It does not see your calendar. It records the dates a visitor prefers and says your team will confirm.

Can it give a price or package total?

No. It does not quote. It records the visitor’s budget as their own number and passes it to your team.

Does one page cover venues, corporate events and charters?

The conversation is the same shape for each: occasion, group, budget, date, experience. What changes is the information you give Limona. A venue lists spaces and capacities; a charter lists vessels, group limits and trip types.

What if a visitor asks about weather or safety?

It does not make those calls. It repeats any policy you have written, such as a rain plan, and otherwise says your team will answer.
