Privacy

Limona is a booking assistant sold to local businesses by Berrada Ventures LLC. This page covers two groups of people: the business owners who buy Limona, and their customers who talk to the assistant.

If you're a customer of a shop that uses Limona

You're talking to the shop's assistant. The shop owns your details; we hold them on the shop's behalf so the assistant can do its job.

What we hold

• Your name and mobile number.
• Your pet's details (name, breed, size, age, coat, notes about handling) as you or the shop gave them.
• Your appointments, past and upcoming, and what was done.
• The conversation itself, so the assistant can pick up where you left off and the shop can check what was said.
• Whether you agreed to appointment texts, and whether you agreed to be told about openings.

What we do with it

Book, change and cancel your appointments. Send you confirmations, reminders and the six-digit codes that prove it's you. Offer you a cancelled slot if you asked to be on the waitlist. That's the list. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it to advertise anything to you.

Who sees it

• The shop. Obviously, they're grooming your dog.
• Companies that carry the work. The phone network that delivers the texts, the calendar the shop keeps, the company that stores the records, and Anthropic, whose AI writes the assistant's replies. They handle it under contract and can't use it for their own purposes.
• Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Getting it back, or getting rid of it

Ask your shop, or email us at rahman@berradaventures.com. We'll give you a copy of what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it, normally within 30 days. Some of it we may have to keep for the shop's own records; we'll tell you if that's the case.

How long we keep it

For as long as the shop is a customer of ours, plus a short wind-down period. When a shop leaves, their records are handed back and then deleted.

If you run a business that uses Limona

We hold your business details, your contact details, your services and prices, your opening hours and staff, the calendar access you give us, and your billing information (processed by our payment company, so we never see your full card number).

Your customers' records are yours. If you leave, ask and we'll export them for you and then delete our copies.

This website

We don't run advertising trackers here. We keep basic server logs so the site stays up, and if we ever add a visitor-counting tool we'll say so on this page first.

Texts

How the texting works, and how to stop it, is on our text message terms page. The short version: reply STOP to any message and it stops. Mobile numbers collected for texting are never shared with anyone for their own marketing.

Children

Limona is for businesses and their adult customers. We don't knowingly collect anything from children under 13.

Changes

If we change something that matters, we'll change the date at the top and tell the shops we work with.
