Limona is an AI website assistant sold to businesses by Berrada Ventures LLC. It answers visitors on a business’s own website and passes the inquiry to that business’s team. This page covers two groups of people: the visitors who talk to the assistant on a business’s website, and the businesses who buy Limona. Where this page says venue or couple, it means a business and its visitor, as in a wedding venue and the couple planning an event there.

If you talk to Limona's own assistant on this website

The assistant on our home page answers questions about Limona. It is an AI assistant, not a person. Here is exactly what happens to what you type.

  • We save the conversation from your first message, word for word, with the time of each message, so our team can see what visitors ask and follow up. You do not have to give your name or email for it to be saved.
  • If you use Request setup assistance, we also keep your name, your email address and what you asked for help with, plus your website address and the kind of business if you choose to give them, and we send one email to our team so a person can reach out. We will tell you our team will reach out only after that email has been accepted for delivery; if it could not be sent we say so.
  • Please do not type card numbers, security codes or passwords. The assistant never needs them. If something that looks like one is typed, it is replaced before the message is saved or read by the AI, and the rest of your message is kept.
  • Who handles it: our team; Supabase, which stores the records; Anthropic, whose AI writes the assistant's replies; and Resend, which delivers the email to our team. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
  • How long: these conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days.
  • Deleting it sooner: email rahman@berradaventures.com and we will delete the conversation, normally within 30 days.
  • What it does not do: it does not book calls or appointments and it does not read anyone's calendar.

Online setup and your dashboard

When you set up Limona online, we store your verified email, business details, extracted website and document text, reviewed facts, setup approvals, subscription status, and visitor conversations. We also keep a record that an account has used its free trial, so that cancelling cannot reset it. If you start a free trial, Stripe holds your card details (we never see your full card number); we keep whether your trial or subscription is active and when it ends or renews. Original uploaded file bytes are processed to extract text and are not retained by this setup service. Supabase handles sign-in and records, Stripe handles subscription payments, Anthropic processes information needed to prepare facts and answer questions, and Resend delivers inquiry emails. You can remove draft sources and pause your assistant in your dashboard. Removing a draft source does not change an already approved live agent; review and approve the updated setup to replace it. Contact us using the address below for account or record deletion.

If you're a visitor talking to a business's assistant

You're talking to that business's assistant. The business owns what you tell it; we hold it on the business's behalf so the assistant can do its job.

What we hold

  • Your name, anyone else's name you give (for example a partner), and the email address or phone number you leave.
  • What you tell the assistant about what you need: for example the date or rough timing, the size of the group, a budget if you mention one, the products or services you ask about, and the things that matter to you.
  • The conversation itself, word for word, so it can pick up where you left off if you go away and come back, and so the business's team can read what was actually said rather than a summary.

What we do with it

Answer your questions from the business's own information, and pass what you said to that business's team so a person can follow up. Where a business has tour booking switched on, put the tour in their calendar. That's the list. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it to advertise anything to you.

Who sees it

  • The business. That's the point: they're the ones who will reply to you. If the business runs several locations, it goes to the one you were matched with.
  • Companies that carry the work. The company that stores the records, the one that delivers the email, the calendar the business keeps, and Anthropic, whose AI writes the assistant's replies. They handle it under contract and can't use it for their own purposes.
  • Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Getting it back, or getting rid of it

Ask the business, or email us at rahman@berradaventures.com. We'll give you a copy of what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it, normally within 30 days. Some of it the business may have to keep for their own records; we'll tell you if that's the case.

How long we keep it

For as long as the business is a customer of ours, plus a short wind-down period. When a business leaves, their inquiries are handed back and then deleted.

If you run a business that uses Limona

We hold your business's details, your contact details, the packages, products or services and prices you give us, your policies, any dates or calendar access you give us, and your billing information (processed by our payment company, so we never see your full card number). Signing in to your own screen sends a six-digit code to the address on your file; we keep that code only until it is used or expires.

Your visitors' inquiries are yours. If you leave, ask and we'll export them for you and then delete our copies.

This website

We don't run advertising trackers here. We keep basic server logs so the site stays up. Separately, a small counter of our own runs when most pages open (not this page, the Subscribe page or the text message terms page). It records the page path that was opened, the website the visitor came from (the site name only, never the full address or anything after it), an optional source label from a short approved list when the link you followed carried one, and a rough region (city, region and country, worked out from the network connection; your IP address is not stored). We use it to count visits, not to identify anyone. It is recorded when the page opens, before any cookie choice, and it does not use cookies. Google Analytics is off until you choose, on the pages where it is turned on.

Analytics choice

On your first visit to a page where it is turned on, a small notice asks you to Accept or Decline. Until you answer, nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookies are set. If you decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, it stays that way. You can change your mind at any time with Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawing turns collection off and removes the Google Analytics cookies the site can reach.

The Privacy settings button appears only on pages where Google Analytics can run: the home page, How it works, FAQ, the seven industry pages (home services, rentals and property, education, events and leisure, retail and e-commerce, legal and finance, health and fitness), Subscribe, this Privacy page, the Terms page and the Text message terms page, and the two wedding venue example pages (which the site does not currently link to). On every other page Google Analytics does not run, so there is nothing to choose and the button is not shown.

If you accept

  • Who: Google Analytics 4, run by Google. It sets two cookies, _ga and one starting _ga_, which last up to two years and tell one browser from another.
  • What is sent: a page view for each page you open, and six actions: sending a first message to the assistant, opening the setup assistance form, sending a setup assistance request, clicking a start-free-trial link, playing the demo conversation, and clicking a subscribe link. Each page view carries the page address without anything after the question mark except approved campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content, each from a short fixed list; anything else is dropped), the page's name, and the name of the site that sent you, never its full address. Each action carries two fixed labels and nothing else.
  • What is never sent: anything you type to the assistant or the assistant says, your name, email address, phone number, business name, or the conversation itself. Those go only to us through the assistant, as described above.
  • Off: Google's advertising features, Google signals and ad personalization are switched off, and ad storage and ad personalization are denied. We use the counts to see which pages are useful, not to follow anyone.

The assistant on the home page is the real thing: what you type into it is saved as described under "If you talk to Limona's own assistant", and none of it is sent to Google Analytics.

Texts

Today Limona reaches a business's team by email. Where a business has texting switched on, how it works and how to stop it is on our text message terms page. The short version: reply STOP to any message and it stops. Mobile numbers are never shared with anyone for their own marketing.

Children

Limona is for businesses and the adults who contact them. We don't knowingly collect anything from children under 13.

Changes

If we change something that matters, we'll change the date at the top and tell the businesses we work with.
