Limona

Text messages

What we send, when, and how to make it stop.

Last updated 10 October 2026

Limona is a conversational assistant operated by Berrada Ventures LLC for businesses, including wedding venues. Today it reaches a business's team by email. Texting is something a business switches on, and only after its own carrier registration is complete. This page is what applies when it is on.

What you'll get

  • About your inquiry. If you gave a business your mobile number and agreed to be texted, messages about the inquiry you made and the visit you arranged.
  • Security codes. A six-digit code when something needs to prove it is really you, so nobody else can see what you told the business.

No marketing blasts, and nothing about other businesses. A date or a booking is never held or promised by text, or by anything else the assistant says.

Signing up

You opt in by choosing text when the assistant asks how the business should reach you, or by telling the business directly. The business keeps a record of when you agreed and what you agreed to. Messages about your own inquiry and any other kind are separate, and saying yes to one doesn't sign you up for the other.

How often

It depends on you. Messages come while you are arranging something and before a visit you have booked. Most people get a handful in total, not a stream.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting that number. You'll get one message confirming it, and nothing after that. To start again, reply START. You can always tell the business directly instead.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for the business's contact details. Or email us at rahman@berradaventures.com.

Costs and carriers

We don't charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile provider. Message delivery isn't guaranteed, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number

Mobile numbers are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing. They're used to answer the inquiry you made to that business, and nothing else. The full picture is on our privacy page.
